"Scientia Villas" or Molino Housing Project Inaugurates First Five Housing Units

The Industrial Technology Development Institute-Department of Science & Technology (ITDI-DOST) holds a significant event on May 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at its Molino property.  The Molino Housing Project, which was conceived for the benefit of the Institute employees, who dream of house/s they can call their very own.  

The Molino property was an agricultural land used for research by this Institute until Agriculture ceased to be part of ITDI’s fields of endeavor.  Thus, sometime in the early 90’s, the Institute made bold moves and through years of relentless efforts and persevering/committed leaders and supportive staff, here it is – a housing project that saw ground breaking early in 2009.

This event will be graced by no less than Philippine president GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, Vice-President NOLI ‘kabayan’ DE CASTRO, DOST Sec. ESTRELLA F. ALABASTRO, ITDI Director NUNA E. ALMANZOR and officials and staff/beneficiaries and other luminaries from the DENR, LMB, PAG-IBIG, HUDCC, LGU- Bacoor.

Mark the day/date.  This will go down in history.
